Fundraising & Serving Our Local Community

Each year Wilmslow Ladies Circle supports the RoundTable bonfire at the Carnival Fields in Wilmslow. We donate money raised to various local charities.

We have recently donated a massive £500 to Friends for Leisure, a charity based in Macclesfield, that promotes friendship and leisure opportunities for local children and young people with disabilities. The money will go towards their Summer Programme, when they plan to take the children for days out.

Over the years we have donated money to a number of national and local charities including Cancer Research, the Humane Education Society, St Anne's Hospice and Tommy's.

Each year Ladies Circle volunteers help at Cancer Research UK 'Race for Life' events in our local area. There is always lots to be done, from registration and marshalling, to handing out medals - that's if you're not running the race yourself!!
